ProductionFarahbella Clothing is individually hand-made to order, please allow 1-10 days for production.Farahbella cannot anticipate taxes applied by overseas Customs houses. Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. ShippingOrders are shipped via EMS International Express Mail & PosLaju Express Mail. Shipping costs are determined by weight of item and destination. Shipping can be tracked with a EMS tracking number. You will receive a tracking number via email when your items are shipped. Most destinations will take approximately 5-7 days. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN, and UNWASHED condition and with all original tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee. All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail. Please use the Customer Support email on our "Contact Us" page to request a return, and you will be given our return address and instructions. RefundsOnce we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment (paypal) within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction is completed.
